P161 Simplified Endoscopic Mucosal Assessment for Crohn’s Disease (SEMA-CD): External Application and Prognostic Value Definition

Abstract Background In 2022, the Simplified Endoscopic Mucosal Assessment for Crohn’s Disease (SEMA-CD) was created and internally validated, aiming to simplify endoscopic activity assessment in ileocolonoscopies CD. This score shown be easier faster apply than previously used Simple Score CD (SES-CD). our investigation, we aimed this on a European population assess if its prognostic value same as SES-CD. Methods Longitudinal study of consecutive patients undergoing ileocolonoscopy activity. Patients with previous ileocecal resection were excluded. classified according both SES-CD SEMA-CD. A minimum follow-up period 12 months required. Treatment escalation, hospitalization bowel assessed during period. Results The initial sample included 265 patients, 61 being excluded having surgery. Final 204 113 (54.9%) female, mean age 43±14 years. SEMA-CD had nearly-perfect correlation (r=0.998; p<0.001). performed similarly predicting treatment escalation (AUC=0.905 vs AUC=0.908), (AUC=0.517 AUC=0.516), (AUC=0.605 AUC=0.610) (p>0.05). Optimal cut-off subsequent year ≥2 (sensitivity 88%; specificity 86%). Conclusion sample, perfectly correlated SES-CD, similar performances surgery patients. We first defined possible guide escalation. Our confirms potentially helpful tool patients’ follow-up.
